Class Experience
I currently have 4 ducks and 11 chickens. I love to make homemade treats and toys for all of my animals.
pine cone or a slice of bread String or twine small loaf pan or muffin tin cookie sheet mixing bowls small cake molds (optional- cake recipe can also be made into little cookies) bundt pan or loaf pan (if using a bundt pan can be made into a hanging wreath, otherwise will just be a loaf treat) scratch grains layer feed oats sunflower seeds flour eggs molasses shortening or coconut oil honey cornmeal baking soda raisins chopped walnuts (optional) peanut butter baking powder apple strawberries, raspberries, cranberries or blueberries raisins 3 envelopes knox unflavored gelatin plastic Easter egg ice cube tray frozen corn cheerios
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
No live meetings, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Students will be boiling water on the stove, please assist as needed Students will also be using the oven, please assist as needed For some of the projects students will be using a knife, please assist as needed for safety Videos are uploaded to you tube, they are set for kids, so there are no ads with the video. They are listed as unlisted so students will only be able to view them with the link listed in the classroom each week.
