Want to workout in a unique and interactive way?! Each week we will participate in a new fun, themed fitness course. We will workout to Disney music, Pokémon Zumba, and even throw in some lightsaber training. Learning is accomplished through the use of pre-recorded class videos (NO LIVE MEETINGS). Students will learn to enjoy working out through these themed classes. They will get their heart rates up and learn to stretch and move correctly, all while having fun doing it!
Water Comfortable clothing Space to move around Sometimes a lightsaber, toy, or prop
Due to this course being fitness-based please make sure your learner has plenty of space to move around, a mat/carpeted area, water close by, and they are wearing appropriate workout attire. It’s important for learners to try their best but they don’t have to do the routines exactly correct. If they need to slow it down or skip some moves, no problem. This class is meant to be fun yet safe.
