This course focuses on building a deep understanding of dog breeds and their associated behaviors. Students will learn to recognize distinct breed characteristics, interpret breed-specific communication signals, and explore the genetic and environmental factors that shape canine behavior. We'll delve into the history and purpose of different breed groups, fostering a comprehensive appreciation for the diversity of our canine companions. The class follows a structured curriculum with a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical application. Each session will include: Interactive lectures and discussions. Visual presentations with breed charts and video examples. Research projects and presentations. Opportunities for observation and analysis.

My expertise in canine breeds and behavior stems from a solid foundation in animal science and extensive practical experience. I hold an undergraduate degree in Animal Science, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of animal physiology, genetics, and behavior. This academic background equips me with the knowledge necessary to analyze and interpret breed-specific traits and behaviors.
For three years, I worked in a busy veterinary hospital, where I gained invaluable hands-on experience with a wide variety of dog breeds. This role allowed me to observe firsthand the unique physical and behavioral characteristics of different breeds, as well as their individual temperaments and health needs. Reviews
