Class Experience
**Note: The class will run on schedule and will not be cancelled, even if only one learner is enrolled. **This a flexible schedule class; there are no live meetings. Videos and activities will be posted at the beginning of each week. Learners will watch the content and interact with the different activities at their own pace.** In this 4-week class, learners will be introduced to the science of sound, how sound waves travel through different spaces, and learn different properties of sound...
The goal of this course is to introduce learners to the world of audiology to increase their knowledge on how sound waves work and various properties of sound.
Each week, different projects and collaborative assignments will be posted in the classroom for learners to complete either independently or as a group (depending on the assignment). Learners will watch videos and participate in the interactive activities at their own pace throughout the week.
No live meetings, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
Kahoot, a third party tool, will be utilized as part of this course. Parents should be familiar with this resource and can reach out to me with specific questions regarding this tool as needed.
