Class Experience
Portraiture has been a topic in art for long time and eyes are one of the most essential elements to contribute to the likeliness of a portraiture. This class is a fundamental class for students who would love to learn about making portraiture. Students will explore and experiment sketching and shading an eye with pencils which will help them increase their sensitivity of value and relationship between dark and light. - Pencil (2B or darker such as 3B, 4B,...) - Eraser (cut by half diagonally) - Q tips (or stumps) - Cotton balls - Soft hair brushes (optional)
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
