This course will cover many topics such as: Math subsitutions, punncuation, fractions and ratios, big picture strategies, precentages, verbs, factoring, words in context, square roots, pronouns, words and equations, references just to name a few of the topics which will be covered in this course. This course can be completed at your leisure. At your own pace.

Math: Substitute Writing and Language: Punctuation

 This lesson consists of 2 chapters: 4 lessons and 3 lessons; a quiz after each lesson.

Lesson 2:

Math: Fraction Ratios Reading: Big Picture Strategies

 This lesson consists of 2 chapters: 2 lessons and 1 lesson; a quiz after each lesson.

Lesson 3:

Math: Percentages Writing Language: Verbs

 This lesson consists of 2 chapters: 3 lessons and 2 lessons; a quiz after each lesson then.

Lesson 4:

Math: Factoring Reading: Words in Context

 This lesson consists of 2 chapters: 3 lessons and 4 lessons; a quiz after each lesson.

Your child will need an SAT notebook and a writing tool to take notes as they cover the material in this course.

I have over 20 years of teaching experience. I have taught grades K-College level. I taught grades K-6 every subject including Bible and Art and grades 6-College English Language Arts. I've been an online tutor for Social Studies, Writing, ELA, and Science grades 6- College level. I was an Intervention Specialist for grades K-2, 1-5 ESOL and 6-8. I taught ESOL for several years as well. I have been on countless committees such as: Writing Rubric, Social Studies, Writing, Discipline Committee, National Junior Honor Society Advisor, Admissions Chair. I have a master's degree in education along with 80 credits above my master's degree. I come with extensive experience in education and look forward to being your child's teacher. I taught Bible for a group of students for my oldest son's class for about 8 years on a voluntary basis on the weekends.
