Private Tutoring

Learning should be fun.
Learning should be exciting.
Learning should be on going.
I believe these three things both as a teacher and a learner.  I teach classes focussed on the needs of individual learners.  I am able to change and modify lessons to meet individual needs.   I most enjoy classes that allow students to wrestle with big ideas and express themselves.   This has been the foundation of my teaching and general conversations with children for the past seventeen years.   I have ten years of experience in a brick and mortar school setting and two years of teaching english speakers of other languages remotely.  I have a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education from Florida State University and a Masters degree in Gifted Education from the University of South Florida.   I am a mom of three and love spending time with my children.  I focus on being with them and making every experience an opportunity for growth.  I workout daily and love to bake.
