Private ISEE Test Prep

We'll work one-on-one to cover each topic needed to prepare a student for the Independent Schools Entrance Exam.  The ISEE test has five sections – verbal reasoning, quantitative reasoning, math achievement, reading comprehension, and a writing sample.  We will use a combination of the best ISEE test prep materials to work on each of the test sections.  Students will learn tips and strategies for each section and then we will work through practice questions together.  The ISEE doesn't just test what you know, it measures your ability to learn and process new information. So, we will practice fun exercises that focus on improving attention, working memory, and processing skills. Working on these important cognitive skills makes my program different and more effective. Students will work on test prep questions independently as homework and we will review these together in the next meeting. 
The course schedule will be as follows:
1- An introduction to the ISEE with tips and strategies for the overall test
2 - Verbal reasoning section and attention and focus activities
3 - Reading comprehension section and working memory activities
4 - Quantitative reasoning section with logic and reasoning games
5 - Mathematics achievement section and processing skills work
