Welcome to IELTS test prep one-on-one tutoring! If you've been wanting to take the IELTS test to study abroad or find out your ability in English, you're in the right place! Each week we will work on a different area of the IELTS test, and strengthen your skills in that specific area, whether that's Reading, Writing, Listening, or Speaking. There will be progress checks along the way, and homework assigned throughout the week to keep your skills sharp. We will cover engaging topics and...
Students will improve their IELTS score in all areas, including Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking. They will gain confidence specifically in Speaking English and be given tools to tackle the IELTS Exam.
I have been teaching English and ESL for over 10 years, and have been teaching IELTS for the past year. I am also TESOL certified and have taken multiple IELTS trainings with Cambridge.
Homework Offered
Homework will be given depending on the topic covered that week in class. Homework will including reading/writing/listening exercises and will be assessed by me as the teacher in order to plan subsequent lessons.1 - 2 hours per week outside of class
Assessments Offered
Practice IELTS test assessments will be done periodically in order to see progress in each specific area of the test. Most will be done for homework, but some assessments may be done in class (specifically for listening and speaking).Grades Offered
