Presidents' Day in the United States is February 19th, 2024. Join me as we look at the history of this day and learn about four US presidents who were born in February. We'll understand how this holiday has changed over the yeas and summarize the presidencies of four US presidents who celebrate birthdays this month. Of these presidents, two are well-known, one is from the modern era and one served the shortest term as president. We'll briefly summarize the challenges and accomplishments of these presidents as well as some fun facts about them. Through the use of Google Slides, pictures and a Kahoot review game, we'll understand the history of Presidents' Day and four US presidents. Together, let's expand our knowledge of US history. No prior knowledge is required.
Learning Goals
Learners will be able to explain the purpose and history of Presidents' Day.
Learners will be able to identity the four US presidents who have February birthdays.
Learners will summarize the accomplishments and challenges of four different US presidencies. 
Learners will demonstrate understanding through a final Kahoot review game.
