Class Experience

Ahoy Mateys! We need your help to find the lost treasure before the other pirates find it first. 

First, we'll choose our pirate names so we can travel as pirates on the open seas. Then, we'll use our treasure maps to follow along and solve the problems to beat each challenge. 

Each challenge consists of several 1st - 2nd grade review of basic math skills which are adjusted according to the learner group. Some skills we'll cover:

Students will improve and demonstrate understanding of place value, number sense, and operations.

20+ years as an Elementary School Teacher. Certified in Elementary, Special Education, ELL (English Language Learners) and Spanish.
