Class experience
In this informal hands on lab, students will learn about the four forces that make airplanes fly: lift, thrust, drag and weight. Kids learn better by doing so We will briefly discuss and define these forces and why they are important. Kids learn better by doing so after a short demonstration, students will create four different aircraft, test them and make any modifications if needed. We will also compare how each of the four planes work differently and decide which one flies the best !...
Students will be able to name and understand the four forces that make an airplane fly. Students will learn to make four different types of paper aircraft.
