Come learn about the fastest airplane ever created. This is a science and history based class focused on the SR-71 (Blackbird) spy aircraft.

Class Experience

US Grade 6 - 9

The learning goals for this course will be to teach the student about the SR-71 spy plane, the engineering feats, science related material, and how the plane and crew accomplished the mission. The focus will be on both scientific and historic facts about this amazing plane. There will be an attached note taking document with pictures to help the student learn and retain the information about the course. The student will learn about the SR-71 aircraft, the reconnaissance mission, military history, and how it was a vital part of the Cold War history.

I have over 20 years experience with the Air Force as a meteorologist and really enjoy teaching science, aircraft related material, and history based classes.
