US Grade 2 - 5
One on one math private tutoring for Grades K-8. Student are welcome to bring outside questions (e.g textbook, workbook, worksheet, etc.) to this class. We can go over any math concept, math problems that your child may have trouble or having a hard time with. We will be using Zoom and virtual whiteboard. So student would be more than welcome to use annotate and virtual pen to write and do math questions. We will try to use visual aids and different concepts to teach (or reteach) a concept that is confusing for your child. During class, I will give many examples and also if time permits, I will provide extra practice questions for the student to work on.
Learning Goals
Student will have a greater grasp of the math concept and more confidence with math.

I have over 17 years of teaching experience in classrooms and in one to one tutoring settings. I believe in lifelong learning. I graduated with a Bachelor of Education in Elementary with a Math and Science specialization. I also completed a Diploma in Early Years Education, Certificate in Kindergarten, Diploma in Special Education, and Certificate in TESL (Teaching English as a Second Language). I have worked with student ages from Pre-K to Grade 12.
I believe every student can learn and each student may learn differently. My job as an educator is to teach students and provide them with new challenges that stimulate their own thinking and inspire them to enjoy learning.Reviews
