In this one-time class, students will create their own time capsule of memories and facts about themselves to seal away and open when they are older.

In this one-time class, students will create a snapshot of their lives right now to serve as a keep-safe to open when they are older - perhaps as a graduation gift to themselves. In this lesson students will think about: Themselves, their favorite people, hobbies, interests, memories, future hopes, and their favorite things. They will record it all down in writing and drawings (time permitting - some might need to be completed after class) Students will also write a letter to their future...
1 file available upon enrollment- A PDF will be provided with all the activities students will complete - Please print it before the lesson begins. - Students might want colourful pens + pencils + stickers to be able to decorate etc. - A large envelope (Letter/A4) to store the 'Time Capsule' (if not including items) -A box (shoebox?) if adding items and not burying the time capsule. -A metal/glass container if planning to bury -Tape to seal everything up (most likely done after class commencement)
