Practice Multiplications W/Gimkit Session

In this class, we will review multiplication in a small group to help prepare for the Gimkit game. Problems will be prompted on screen and students will be asked to interact/share their answers/strategies used to find the product. 

After the review, I will go over Gimkit procedures: Share hte class link, game ID if needed, format of questions, answer correct/incorrect, how to access the shop for crewmate tasks with points earned through the Gimkit game. I will share link to Gimkit.com/join , you can also google 'Gimkit join code' and click the first link that will direct to the website. I will share the code and student will have to submit the code to the website in order to join the game. This game allows players to earn game money and use it to purchase from shop powerups that allow player to earn more as they answer correctly, themed wallpapers for game, upgrades and build parts that allow player to succeed in the game. Students will be allowed to explore the shop while playing the game, as they will need to answer multiplication/division facts correctly in order to purchase items. We will intend to play as many rounds that time permits. Students must have some prior knowledge on multiplication facts.
