- The students will review a variety of 4th grade math skills in this class to practice what they are learning in the classroom. The class is set up in a fun problem solving way so that the learners do not feel overwhelmed, but enjoy themselves as they refresh their memory of math skills and also work together in a group to solve math riddles and problems.
I have spent the past 16+ years in the K-4 elementary classroom specializing in math. Over the past few years I have worked really hard to bring back the JOY in learning and to show the kiddos that learning can be fun. As an educator it is my passion to combine my love of reading and problem solving within math and to show kiddos that stretching our brain can be rewarding and fun.
Students may benefit from a piece of paper and pencil to work out a few problems. If they do not have access to these, we can still do the work together on the screen.
