Description
Class Experience
Mazes look complicated by design but there is a trick to making them. In this class students will learn how to quickly and easily make mazes to share with friends and family to solve. Students will be able to increase or decrease the difficulty of their mazes to challenge both young and old. Please read the reviews to see how hundreds of previous students have enjoyed this class! After the course, continue drawing with me by joining my group, Draw More With Jerry Joe...
I have worked in newspapers, children's books, and television as a cartoonist for over 25 years. Now, in semi-retirement, I homeschool our two children. Sharing my love of cartooning keeps my skills sharp and allows us to afford more Outschool classes for our twins! I began making mazes in elementary school to deal with the boredom. The teacher would photocopy them and hand them out to the students. This is still a fond memory.
1 file available upon enrollmentWe will be drawing on normal copy paper with pencil. You will need a good eraser. A pen is also needed. A fine point sharpie marker is best but an ordinary pen works, too. You may want to have a copy of my Making Mazes book, to use after the class, which takes a deeper dive into the creative possibilities of mazes.
