January 8 
Lesson 1: Hello, Friends!
Summary: In this first class, we'll learn how to say "Hello" and "Goodbye" in English! We'll sing fun songs, play games with our names, and even have a mini puppet show. We'll practice saying "Hello!", "Goodbye!", "My name is [name]," and "What's your name?" Get ready to make new friends and start your English adventure!

January 15
Lesson 2: Colorful World!
Summary: Let's explore the world of colors in English! We'll learn the names of different colors like red, yellow, blue, and green. We'll sing a rainbow song, go on a color scavenger hunt, and practice saying "This is red" and "What color is this?" Get ready for a bright and colorful class!

January 22
Lesson 3: Animal Antics!
Summary: Do you love animals? We'll learn the names of different animals in English like cats, dogs, birds, and fish. We'll make their sounds (meow, woof, tweet) and even pretend to be our favorite animals. We'll practice saying "This is a cat" and "I see a bird." Get ready for some animal fun!

Lesson 4: Yummy Food!
Summary: What's your favorite food? In this class, we'll learn the names of yummy foods in English like apples, bananas, milk, and cookies. We'll play food games and even pretend to order food in a restaurant. We'll practice saying "I like apples" and "I don't like milk." Get ready for a delicious class!

February 5
Lesson 5: My Body Moves!
Summary: Let's move and groove while learning about our bodies in English! We'll sing songs, play games, and learn the names for different body parts like head, shoulders, knees, and toes. We'll practice saying "Touch your head" and "This is my knee." Get ready to dance and have fun!

February 12
Lesson 6: Numbers Everywhere!
Summary: Numbers are everywhere! We'll learn to count from one to five in English, play number games, and discover how much fun learning numbers can be. We'll practice saying "One, two, three!" and "How many cars?" Get ready to count with me!

Lesson 7: Shapes All Around!
Summary: Can you find a circle? A square? A triangle? We'll learn the names of different shapes in English, play shape games, and even build with blocks. We'll practice saying "This is a circle" and "What shape is this?" Get ready for a shapely adventure!

Lesson 8: Let's Play Outside!
Summary: Let's go to the playground! We'll learn the names of playground equipment in English like slide, swing, and ball. We'll sing songs, play pretend, and practice saying "Let's go to the park" and "This is a swing." Get ready for some outdoor fun!

Hello Friends,

My name is Yenny!  I am thrilled to be part of Outschool! I am most excited about getting to know you and share some great language lessons with you. Whether you are new to learning Spanish or English or a seasoned speaker, I look forward to sharing with you lesson, stories and traditional games I know you will enjoy! 

I am from Toronto, Canada! My family is originally from El Salvador, but I grew up in a bilingual household in Canada! I have a Bachelor's degree with a major in English Language and Literature and a minor in Hispanic Studies along with a TESOL certificate from York University. 

I have experience teaching in Latin America, France, Canada, and Japan. For the past four years, I have taught Spanish at the Toronto District School Board as well as English online to children in China. In addition, I have prepared young and older learners for exams like TOEIC, Cambridge (IELTS, PET, FCE, CAE), and TOEFL.  I have also worked as an IELTS examiner.

In total, I have over fifteen years of experience teaching languages in Canada and abroad. 
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, running, reading a good novel, and playing my ukulele. 

I look forward to you meeting all of you!
