Little Language Arts Learners

In this private class, the student will receive personalized one-on-one instruction. The child will be taught essential language arts skills necessary for their particular age-group. I will discuss with parents what, specifically, the child needs help with. Some of what will be covered is: capitalizing words, ending sentences with correct punctuation, counting syllables, rhyming words, compound words, antonyms and synonyms, prefixes, suffixes, and contractions. We will meet twice per week. Students will also receive handouts to help reinforce what they learn in class. Classes will be fun and interactive. I will use a slideshow format. The most important thing is to keep the child interested and increase their confidence. That is key. I look forward to meeting your little learner soon.
