Class Experience

Students will use a graphic organizer to form a short story. The focus is structure of a short story.
There is no homework required, however, if the student does not finish writing their ideas in class, they many need to finish outside of the class.
 1 file available upon enrollment
Students will need paper and pencil for the graphic organizer. A student may choose to type or write their story.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
There is no formal assessment. I have attached a scoring guide if you would like to score your writing. I will use the scoring guide to offer tips and suggestions along the way.
3 hours 40 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Students are not allowed to write about politically sensitive or violent topics.
