In this ongoing club, we will play UNO style Roblox card games like Locofficial (updated Unofficial) and Bloxy Bingo. Your learner will make new friends, work on social skills and have lots of fun!

Come join me in this ongoing, weekly club on my safe, private Roblox servers to play UNO games like Locofficial, other card games and Bloxy Bingo. Make some new friends over the weeks and form connections with others from around the world who also love Roblox! *IMPORTANT: ROBLOX DOWNLOAD & ACCOUNT REQUIRED BEFORE CLASS. PLEASE SEND ME A ROBLOX FRIEND REQUEST BEFORE CLASS. This is necessary to be able to play in my private server. You will receive my Roblox ID upon enrollment. Also, please message me with your child's Roblox ID so that I recognize the request. Ideally, learners should play Roblox on a separate device from what they take their Outschool class on to minimize connectivity issues. If you have questions about any of these details, please message me at least 24 hours before class so that I have time to assist you. Schedule: Week of 10/1/23: Bloxy Bingo Week of 10/8/23 Locofficial Week of 10/15/23: Locofficial Week of 10/29/23: Locofficial Playing on a private server eliminates the possibility of encountering strangers while playing. Only students in the class will play on the private server. Leaners will have the opportunity to socialize and make friends with other Outschool students over the weeks while playing these super fun games. We will play as many rounds of the games as we can in the allotted time. Students will be able to share tips and tricks regarding gameplay and game strategies. Students will have input about the games to play as a group. PLEASE NOTE: This is a social gaming session/club in which I will leave students unmuted for much of the class. Due to socialization and the thrill over a game like hide and seek, there may be a lot of chatter and excitement expressed in a loud fashion. This is usually not a quiet class. I will use the "mute all" function in Zoom only when I need to make sure all students hear me, to check on individuals who may need assistance in the game or class, or if the volume is excessive, etc. Please make sure that your learner knows how to "unmute" themselves, as I do not have the ability to unmute anyone due to Zoom privacy settings. I look forward our gaming adventures together! :)

Hello, and welcome! I am super excited to offer classes and clubs for a variety of topics!
I love being a teacher! I am patient, enthusiastic, and passionate about making learning fun for every student. All of my classes are inclusive for all children, and are ESL, neurodivergent and autism friendly. I have experience teaching children in all of these groups and of varying ages, learning styles, academic abilities, and English proficiency levels. I look forward to meeting your child in the classroom for an exciting learning adventure!
I have an M.S. in Psychiatric Rehabilitation from the University of Medicine and Dentistry, NJ. I also hold a B.A. in both Psychology and Sociology, with a Criminology Certificate, all from Rutgers University. In addition, I earned a TESOL Certificate.
My teaching specialties include preschool skills, elementary education, ESL- English as a Second Language, life skills, and coping skills. Some of my other interests are video games, board games, travel, Disney, crafts, cooking, and baking.
My employment has always included teaching or counseling. I have taught in a daycare center, a children's developmental center, schools, and a psychiatric day program. I also have 5 years of experience teaching children English online. Educating all of these students has been very rewarding, and I am thrilled to be offering classes on Outschool.
**** To ensure learner privacy, safety, and comfort, which are of the utmost importance, class recordings of social clubs/classes will not be shared.
****TRANSFER POLICY: I am flexible regarding transfers to another section of the same class (if available), but all transfers must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class in order to allow another student the opportunity to enroll in your child's spot. Transfers cannot be granted for missed classes, or for requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled class. Transfers are only available for the same exact class, within the same Outschool week, which ends on Sunday.
