In this ongoing grammar class, we will focus on a different aspect of English grammar each week. During each class, learners will familiarise themselves with the rules, and then begin to put it into practice through activities, worksheets, and games. Learners will use the grammar in both speaking and writing during each class. There will be a worksheet to accompany each class to help to reinforce the grammar. It will be helpful for learners to come to class with these printed out. Why learn grammar? Grammar is key to learning English. Grammar is like the building blocks that will help you put language together. What will the classes entail? Each class comes with activity sheets to be completed during and after class. Learners are welcome to post their completed work to the classroom. Classes are interactive and our teaching style is dynamic and engaging. What's your teaching style? We are a team of experienced teachers who are calm, patient and supportive whilst ensuring that the children are constantly learning. The environment will be dynamic and learners will actively participate throughout the class. As experienced teachers, we are capable of adapting my style to suit the learners. How much will learners get to interact with you and each other? Students will be active participants throughout each class. Student talk time is expected to be significantly higher than teacher talk time. What kind of class is this? This is an ongoing live class. This class meets once a week for 35 minutes.
