We will learn different drawing techniques each week as we move along and practice what we have already learned so far. Week 1 - 9th April 2022: Proportion Week 2 - 16th April 2022: Shading Week 3 - 23rd April 2022: Color theory Week 4 - 30th April 2022: Mixed media > We will focus on combining different techniques, aquarelles and color pencil Week 5 - 7th May 2022: Color pencil mixing Week 6 Portrait - drawing - part 1: 14th May 2022 Week 7 Use what ever is your favorite tool! Part 2: 21th May 2022 Note that all of the classes are subject to change because I will make sure I always move at the pace the group of learners is moving! Themes for the classes as we explore techniques will include: animals, people, nature, landscape and everything you guys are interested in exploring. Looking forward to meeting you soon! Lila

Supply List
For this class you will need: Color Pencils, Aquarelles, pastels, pencils, markers or what ever you love to use for drawing you can bring and share with the group! I will make sure to email and remind you if you need a specific material for the class!

I am an artist and a designer with an MFA from Northwestern University.
During my studies, I had the opportunity to teach on an undergraduate level and I thoroughly enjoyed it!
I work in the film and theatre industry as a set designer and I love to create new worlds inspired by stories!
For me drawing is a powerful tool of communication and I believe that learning how to express imagination through visual language can help develop new creative ideas and solutions for any type of work, not just design.
I am excited to meet you and see how your personality reflects in your creations!
