Class Experience

This is a unique architectural drawing class in which we will be covering typical American Home Styles.
If you are someone interested in classical Architecture and or even production design - this is a great class for you!
Other than giving drawing lessons on Outschool I also work in film industry as a production designer / art director and one of the many  things necessary for the job is drawing and knowledge of different architectural styles!
Join in me in class as we cover some of my favorite house styles and remember their characteristics as we draw them together!
This is a class I wish I had when I was younger so I am lucky to have an opportunity to create it for all of the architecture lovers out there!

Week 1 - May 8th: Victorian House - Queen Ann
Week 2 - May 15th: Tudor House
Week 3 - May 22ond : Second Empire
Week 4 - May  29th: Stick Style
Week 5 - Gothic Revival
Week 6 - Italianate
Week 7 - Georgian Colonial
Week 8 - Dutch Colonial
Week 9 - Spanish Colonial Mission Style
Week 10 - Spanish Ultra Baroque
Week 11 - Creole Cottage
Week 12 - Creole Townhouse
Week 12 - Cape Cod
Week 13 - Federal Style
  and more all the way to modernism.

Supply List

Pencil, Color Pencils, Ruller, Eraser, Pencil Sharpener, Thin Marker - Black ( if you like to work with it ) and anything else of materials you enjoy using!

Hello there!

Let's learn how to draw, paint and imagine new worlds and creations in a relaxed and fun environment!

I am an artist and a designer with an MFA from Northwestern University.
During my studies, I had the opportunity to teach on an undergraduate level and I thoroughly enjoyed it!
I work in the film and theatre industry as a set designer and I love to create new worlds inspired by stories!  
For me drawing is a powerful tool of communication and I believe that learning how to express imagination through visual language can help develop new creative ideas and solutions for any type of work, not just design.
