You will need the following supplies on hand to complete our activities. -Flipgrid -Pencil -Crayons -Scissors (Please review scissor safety in the parent guidance section) -Glue Stick -White board -Expo Marker Optional supplies to practice words -Shaving cream -Sand Tray -Sidewalk chalk -Paint

Students will be informally assessed each day when they turn in their assignment. I will give each student personalized feedback based on their work.
No live meetings, and maybe some time outside of class.
We will use Flipgrid in this FLEX class. Flipgrid is a website and app that allows teachers to facilitate video discussions. Students are organized into groups and then given access to discussion topics. When we use Flipgrid I will post a code in the classroom. Once you click on the link it will take you to Flipgrid where your child can create and add cool effects to their video. We may use scissors in an assignment. Please review scissor safety with your child before starting the activity. Your child is invited to use shaving cream as a hands on tool to practice writing their spelling words. Please be cautious while using shaving cream if your child has sensitive skin.
