Description

Class Experience

This class will focus on basic vocabulary and language structure for simple sentences to develop conversational skills. Kids will be encouraged throughout the sessions to use those words and converse in Gujarati as much as possible.

In 5 weeks class, we will learn,

Week 1 - Greetings
we will learn expressions to use at different times of the day, and for casual and formal occasions along with greetings for "Hello", "How are you? (elder, younger)", "I am fine", etc.

Week 2 - Numbers...

Students will practice the vocabulary they know, learn new words and how to use them in conversation. The goal is to make students comfortable with Gujarati.

I was born and raised in India (Gujarat) and Gujarati is my mother tongue.

Handouts will be posted for learners to practice.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.

It is important to have the vocabulary built up for conversations and this class focuses on doing that.
