For this class, the goal is for your learner and I to connect and to learn a bit about each other. I will be seeking to learn about their interests, which I will use to develop lessons for future classes. My ultimate goal for this class is for your learner to get comfortable with me, as a teacher, and to be excited to come back for more classes!
I have a Bachelor of Arts in English, having graduated with honors from Texas Woman's University. I also have multiple teaching certifications, included EC-4 (Elementary - 4th grade) All Subjects, 6-8 English, and ESL K-6. In addition, I have over 10 years of experience teaching elementary-aged children in a brick and mortar classroom!
