Learn Graphic Design Using Canva- See How Easy Graphic Design Can Be

Come learn Graphic Design Basics using a FREE program called Canva! See how easy it is to design projects with Canva's pre-designed templates and ideas. In class students will learn how to do things such as: 
- create posters 
- make gifs 
- make videos & presentations 
- create books  (to publish or keep as an e-book)
- make art for class projects 
- design social media graphics 

The class is ongoing and the weekly work will be directed by the students but will ensure that we rotate the the variety of listed topics so that your child can learn all of the listed skills. Students can also suggest project for us to work on as well. Below is a basic starting class schedule:

Flyer/Poster Design (perfecting layering objects and using templates)

Week 2:
Lesson 2:
Presentations Using Canva (designing captivating presentations and embedding images and video)

Week 3:
Lesson 3:
How to make a gif

Week 4
Lesson 4:
Art & social media graphic creations

Week 5
Lesson 5:
T-shirt design and graphic design

Basic computer skills in a must (ex: knowing how to open URL's and have another window open while class is running). Students will need to be able to register for the FREE version on Canva (Pro Version is optional and not required).
