Class Experience
Learning Chess The Right Way will cover the following topics: How to set up the chess pieces on a board Names of pieces Learning piece movement Chess language—the coordinates on the chessboard. The class is structured to the learner's needs and understanding. The instructor will teach the lesson over zoom with a web application called lichess. The instructor would create lichess accounts for students to play and learn independently with their parents' consent. The instructor would give...
At the end of the lesson, Learners will have better knowledge and understanding of chess basics, the names of the pieces, the movement of the pieces, the board coordinates, special moves, and captures and be ready to play.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
