The instructor will teach the lesson over zoom with a web application called lichess. The instructor would create lichess accounts for students to play and learn independently with their parents' consent. The instructor would give assignments to students only by the parent's request. We will also make use of Kahoot. Learners will interact with the instructor by answering questions. All levels of experience are welcome.
Learning Goals
The main aim of the game is to checkmate the opponent's king. Students would improve their understanding of chess games generally, at the end of the class, students would have gained insight about Checkmates, Castling and En Passant, etc. We would also do a review of Check to get a better understanding.
