- We will learn about the procedures police must follow to search for evidence and to arrest people suspected of committing crimes. - We will learn about the exclusionary rule, and why this rule is so important to the criminal justice system. - What you will notice as you progress through these classes is an increased ability to think through problems.
I am a high school teacher as well as a lawyer who has ten plus years experience teaching this topic to teenagers.
Homework Offered
Students may need to do some reading of Supreme Court cases between classes to have a deeper understanding of the topic.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class
