Description
Class Experience
Please make sure your student has completed the first section of this class. This section will cover the second half of the book! This class will continue to introduce elementary students to the Latin language as well as the British society at the time of the Romans. We will also touch on Roman mythology while learning how to do as the Romans did. Students will use Cambridge Press's "Minimus" Latin book during this class. Students will be introduced to the Latin language. They will also learn about mythology and British Roman history.
I used to teach Latin to third and fourth grade students at a Classical model school.
Students will need to review vocabulary, complete worksheets for review, take quizzes, and complete projects. Homework should take around 1 -2 hours each week when projects are required.
Minimus book by Cambridge Press (this book will last all year)
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:

- Kahoot
Students wanting a grade will need to turn in their quizzes and worksheets before they are checked in class.
40 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
