Description

Class Experience

Students will be introduced to the Latin language. They will also learn about mythology and British Roman history.
I used to teach Latin to third and fourth grade students at a Classical model school.
Students will need to review vocabulary, complete worksheets for review, take quizzes, and complete projects. Homework should take around 1 -2 hours each week when projects are required.
Minimus book by Cambridge Press (this book will last all year)
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
  • Minimus Workbook Website
  • Kahoot
Students wanting a grade will need to turn in their quizzes and worksheets before they are checked in class.
40 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
30 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses Primary Latin Website.
