Students will begin their journey learning the Latin language and the culture, literature, and history of the Classical world. Please see the detailed course outline in "Class Experience" for the topics that will be covered.
I love Latin and the Greco-Roman world. I also have many years of experience teaching Latin to a range of ages and skills levels online and in a traditional classroom. I believe that learning should be a fun and engaging journey!
Homework Offered
There will be homework. Homework will consist of reading the textbook, memorization of noun and verb endings and vocabulary, and an end of course project.2 - 4 hours per week outside of class

The required material for this course is the student edition of the textbook "Cambridge Latin Course Unit 1, 5th edition". It is about $29 New on Amazon. Used is OK. But, it needs to be the 5th edition.
