Lesson 2
Key Components of EI
Identify and explore key components of EI: self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, social skills, and motivation, through case studies and self-assessment quizzes.
Lesson 3
Applying EI Principles
Apply EI principles to real-world scenarios such as conflict resolution, empathetic communication, and social interactions through interactive simulations and role-playing exercises.
Lesson 4
Reflecting on Personal Experiences
Reflect on personal experiences and situations, recognizing the role of EI in navigating emotions effectively through journaling prompts and self-reflection activities.
Lesson 5
Creating an Action Plan
Create a personal action plan to cultivate and enhance EI skills for ongoing personal growth and positive relationship-building, using provided templates and goal-setting exercises.
