Introduction to Beginning Piano Lessons
This course introduces students (Ages 10-15) to Mrs. G's online piano instruction using the "Simply Music" piano method. After this introductory piano course, students may choose to register for private piano lessons with Mrs. G.

In this course, students will be introduced to Mrs. G. and the "Simply Music" method of piano instruction. We will also learn the beginning of one song together :). Class will be followed by a Q&A about beginning piano lessons. The video above is a student who has been taking lessons for 2 years and 3 months with Mrs. G. using the Simply Music Method and about 1/2 of practicing 5 days a week:). Learning to play the piano brings students an incredible amount of self esteem and is said to help with math and reading skills.

The expectations of themselves, their home coaches and their teacher regarding piano lessons.
One two handed song on the piano.

For this session, students will need access to a piano keyboard. If students decide that they want to take piano lesson with Mrs. G. , she will direct you to your online materials.
