Students will learn the parts of the piano, proper way to sit at the piano, basic hand shape & technique, the layout of the keyboard, and work on producing beautiful tones!
Class experience
The instructor will show the different parts of the piano. The teacher will demonstrate the proper way to sit at the piano, and proper hand position. Each student will practice getting into the correct playing position multiple times. Instructor will lead students in finding high notes and low notes, black key patterns, in learning finger numbers, and in attempting some beautiful sounds on their instrument!
