Beginner Level
In this 45 minute class students will learn the basics of music theory. We will discuss topics such as notes, staves, musical clefs, major and minor chords, and intervals. We will start by looking at the notes on the staff. Within the first half of the class students will be able to identify the notes between middle C and G5. After the students have an understanding of notes we will then discuss how we can relate them through major and minor chords. The class will be taught through a series...
