Does your young learner struggle with creative writing? Do they say they don't know what to write about? Well, fight no more! I'm here to help! In this short class, we will spend time brainstorming characters, settings, and problems for stories. We'll start out talking about the story element of the day before setting a timer to write down as many ideas as we can! (Teacher will do this as well.) Afterwards, we'll count our ideas to see who has the most and share them. As your budding...
Authors will leave classed armed with a mega-brainstorm for writing.
Learners will need a piece of paper and a writing utensil each day.
1 hour 30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
The final brainstorm will be provided as an editable Google Doc.
