In this one-time class, students will learn how to succeed in a college math class. I have been teaching math at a large public university for three years now and will share some tricks of the trade for students to do well in this setting. Topics will include how to correctly assess math skills in order to enroll in the correct course, how to take notes and ask questions during class, and how to interact with a math professor or instructor in college.
