This is a fun class specifically on how to draw Manga cats! There is such a variety that we will explore a different style of Anime-Manga- and even Chibi style Cat-(super cute). The idea for this class came from a parent/student request.
Class experience
What will students learn: Students will learn to create a variety of Manga/ Anime style cats from basics to more specific Chibi, as well as serious poses, and a variety of eye styles. Students will learn using sight measurements to create accurate Manga style cats. We will use a step by step approach where I will demo live and have students work with me for live feedback on the how's of drawing Manga cats. No background knowledge is required!- But a love of drawing cats! Students will learn...
The goals for any class that I teach is similar for students: to gain confidence in their drawings skills and for the student to be able to draw what they love with new skill sets.
I love teaching students how to draw! It's something I am very passionate about. I have a taught school aged students in public, private, and online settings. What makes me a good fit is I have worked with students with all abilities and I have a great way of working with students that is encouraging.
