Class Experience

Students will learn the difference between shapes and forms. We will practice creating values by first making a value scale, creating values from light to dark. We will move to drawing forms such as a sphere, cube, cylinder and cone. We will discuss how a light source affects the values on an object.
I teach my class in a step by step way, to ensure that each student can achieve. Students are encouraged to ask questions and share ideas throughout the class period. No prior art knowledge is needed for this class.
