In this digital drawing course students will learn how to take their hand drawn art and turn it into a digital drawing via Adobe Illustrator Draw mobile app.

Students will learn how to draw digitally with a screen share via Zoom by the instructor. Students will be able to see how to build a digital drawing step by step. The class is structured into three sessions. Session 1: The teacher will introduce herself and show students some of the art that she has created over the years. Students will create a mini digital artwork The teacher will share her screen and introduce and guide students through the mobile drawing app, Adobe Draw. Students will learn how to upload their hand-drawn art into their mobile devices. Session 2: Upload hand drawn images The teacher will continue to share the screen and show students how to correctly build and organize their digital artwork. (Students are allowed to ask questions at any point in session by raising their hand) Students will learn the proper brushes to outline their artwork which creates the foundation for a strong digital piece. Students will be able to add their personal touch and variations by learning to color their digital work. Students will learn how to print artwork
Learning Goals
Students will learn how to take any hand-drawn piece of art and render it digitally on any mobile device (i.e. cell phone or tablet).

A syllabus that students can use as a reference after class is completed. A simple materials list and printing resource list is included. Sketchbook Pencils White or Kneaded Eraser Stylus Adobe Draw App(Free) All materials outside of app can be found at Dollar Tree.
