Description

Class Experience

This class is taught in English.
Students will learn how to use a graphic organizer as a prewriting tool. 
Students will learn about the "how to" or "procedural" style of writing.
Students will learn how to write an informative paragraph with transition words, and both topic and closing sentences. 
Judy taught writing to kindergarten through fourth-grade students in public schools for over thirty years.  For almost a decade she had a small tutoring business that focused on literacy and creative writing.  She loves traveling the world in search of the most castley castles EVER! She has been a teacher for Outschool since March of 2020.
Pencil, eraser, teacher provided worksheets
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
