‘Learn Japanese With Pokémon!’ class by with Teacher Lynn (リン 先生).
** This class is for Ages 13 - 18 (flexible). Please see our other similar Japanese classes offered for younger students.

The Japanese language has become extremely popular due to anime, J-pop and J-dramas! Pokémon lovers too!
This 1-time 30-minute easy-going class is aimed at students who are interested in starting their Japanese language journey. Discover Japan through its language!

In this class, students will be introduced to animals, nature places, and elements vocabulary in Japanese with the use of Pokemon! Common sentences and grammar in Japanese will be used for students to create a Pokemon card in Japanese.

Students are expected to verbally participate in the class activities and games. Cameras and Microphones are requested to be ON.

In this class, all Japanese is accompanied with Rōmaji (Roman alphabet) or pictures for easy reading and following along. No prior Japanese language learning is required. - However, it is recommended that students know what Japanese Katakana looks like.
