Description
Class Experience
Students will learn vocabulary to understand direction and strokes used for each number, identify numbers, practice 1:1 counting, rote counting and develop fine motor skills.
I have been a licensed Pre-K for 8+ years. I have been trained in curriculum Handwriting Without Tears and have used it for several years.
-At least 1 cup of any color play dough (REQUIRED) -2 plastic sheet protectors with the 2 "playdough" worksheets (that I will be providing) inside. If you do not have access to a printer, you can easily create the worksheet I will be including. -1 crayon or marker is preferred and age-appropriate, however a pencil can also be used! :) -I will also be providing 2 worksheets to practice tracing and writing the letter using a crayon, pencil or marker. Again, if you do not have access to a printer, you can easily create it by copying what I made. My worksheets will have a guide as to where to start the letter, and some practice letters to trace.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
