What will be taught:
Compare whole numbers and decimal fractions using less, greater than, and the equal sign.
Order of whole numbers and decimal fractions. 
Students learn when comparing whole numbers that have different number digits, the number with the more digits is the greater number. 
Students learn to compare the same number of digits, compare the digits starting with the highest place. 
Students learn to compare decimal from least to greatest or greatest to the least. 
Students will compare sentences using <,>, =. 
How will the lesson be taught:
Nearpod, slides, lectures, discussion, student engagement, doc cam.
Some knowledge of decimals is helpful for the student.

Parental Guidance
Parental guidance is helpful in case of technical difficulty or help for logging on to the zoom. Students do not need any expensive toys, furnishings or other items. They do need well designed space that is safe for the student to do activities/projects. Parental guidance is necessary incase student needs help with an activity with guidance. Such as gluing, cutting with scissors etc. There are no third party websites that will be used for each week for the lessons or signing in for accounts.
