For Intermediate Guitar Players, we will start with learning pentatonic scales, blues scales, modes (major and minor), and how to apply them while improvising, speed studies, hammer-ons, and pull-offs, bending, song studies fingerstyle and in group formation with mp3 to accompany the student while playing. All this and more to help shape the student and become a professional guitarist. In this class, you will not learn a single style like many teach ( blues, rock, classical) but here you will learn the techniques to become a professional guitarist and play any style requested.
Learning Goals
The student will learn to master the guitar, using both pick and fingerstyle, learning all the scales from scales major, minor, pentatonic, etc. Chords, strumming, solo guitar, use of the pick, fingerstyle, speed exercises, arpeggios, tapping, hammer-on and pull-off, and much more. Improvisation is one of our main goals.
