In this course veteran beekeeper Mark Brown will take students through each piece of equipment needed to start beekeeping. Students will discuss: - Different hive types - langstroth hive, top bar hive, the new Flow hive (famous from Indiegogo!) - Bee suits - what to look for when buying new or used. - Basic beekeeping tools - Honey making equipment - Where to get bees - The financial outlay for each piece of equipment The goal of the course is to prepare the inspired student to begin...
