Class experience

In addition to being an avid gamer for over 20 years, I have a passion for bullet journaling and psychology-based self-improvement strategies. The structure of this class utilizes my knowledge of educational psychology and curricular design from my Masters in Teaching, my experience as a teacher, as well as research and theories from my personal study of over a dozen popular self-improvement authors such as Stephen R. Covey ("The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People"), Dale Carnegie ("How to Win Friends and Influence People"), and Gary Keller and Jay Papasan (“The ONE Thing”).
 2 files available upon enrollment
A reference sheet and a guided worksheet will be provided upon enrollment to help guide learners as we complete the process. Learners will need a writing utensil (pen or pencil), and they may choose to either print the guided worksheet or they may write in their own notebooks or journals. Alternatively, learners may choose to use a word processor through a computer or tablet.
